Would be more useful if you provided the save prior the situation as well, but my guess is you were not using passive fleet stance (or defensive hide, it should work there too). Combat log shows that your ship Elk was not initially detected, but it fired its lasers, therefore showing up

So to begin with, are you familiar with the concept of fleet stances? By default the ones that can shoot have aggressive stance, shown as clenched red fist icon on the fleet bar. That stance initiaties combat. The fleets with ships that can't shoot, have by default defensive hide, shown as blue shield icon. That stance means you don't initiate combat, but participate in it if it is initiatied by some other fleet (including your own). And with stealth ships, if you shoot, you get one "free" shot by being stealthy, but then you decloack and can be targeted in subsequent bouts.

With stealth you often want to use fully passive stance, shown as cyan circled eye icon. Though that one has a bug only recently fixed on master, that makes the passive hide fleet attack anyway if battle is happening (so passive hide works like defensive hide without the fix - you won't initiate combat on your own but despite what description of the stance says, without the fix you still fire if battle is happening due to other fleets initiating it).

You always get stopped at a blockade, even if hiding. If you remain undetected, you can proceed. But can't just fly by a blockade unstopped, gotta tread lightly

There's another stance for passive blocking that your fleet is still blockading and will respond to fire but is not firing first. It mostly is relevant for multiplayer as some diplomatic action that you stand your ground but show you're not aggressive, tho that one had a powerful bug with stealth ships that would blockade and wouldn't shoot, but enemy not seeing it, couldn't initiate combat either, so huge fleet could be blockaded by single small stealthed ship (until perhaps a monster or another foe entered the scene, cause then there would be fight, and the stealthed ship would participate in it). I think there was a fix for it that you can shooty shoot stealthed ship if it tries to actively blockade you, but not sure if it was merged yet. I wouldn't use that "feature" cause imho it's especially game ruining bad
