I've got an orbital shipyard (in my capital planet), and an asteroid belt in the same system, with an outpost, and the asteroid processor building. I have also researched the appropriate tech and designed a ship based on an asteroid hull. I can see the ship design in "unavailable" ships on the production options list. What am I doing wrong?
