Support • ai remained dormant, doesn't expand at all v0.5.1 2-25 build

Dear all:

I am running Free Orion on Ubuntu 22.04 linux, installed via a ppa

The version of Free Orion I am running currently is 0.5.1.

I think since the version 0.5.0.x, the AI players on Free Orion simply doesn't expand toward other system at all.

I searched the forum and the github issues, it seems that I am the only one who encounter this problem.

I purged Free Orion, deleted all free orion files in my personal home directory, and reinstalled it.

but the problem still persist.

What have I done wrong? has anyone encounter this kind of issue before? any pointers will be appreciated.
