Play-Testing Feedback • Getting used to influence and policies

Hi all,

I'm struggling to get influence right. I think I want Centralization + Metropoles (which I can get quickly from Planetary Infrastructure), but I also want Industrialism (I'm Eaxaw). How do I get the extra slot for that? What's the quickest early tech/policy to get it?
